Salon du Bourget édition 2025
Actualités Williamson Electronique
For the first time, Williamson Electronique took part in the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget, held from June 15 to 21, 2025. At a booth brought to life with full-scale prototypes, we showcased our high-density Li-ion batteries for drones and emergency beacons, as well as our intelligent management module (BMS), attracting an audience of decision-makers and engineers. This presence led to the establishment of over a dozen new contacts with innovative SMEs, paving the way for upcoming pilot projects and collaborations.
A First for Williamson Electronique
From June 15 to 21, 2025, we had the immense pleasure of participating for the very first time in the Paris Air Show. This event, a must-attend for global aerospace and space industry players since 1909, gathered over 2,300 exhibitors and nearly 350,000 professional visitors this year. For Williamson Electronique, it was the perfect opportunity to showcase our high-performance battery solutions and highlight our expertise at the heart of aerospace innovation.
A Stand Rich in Expertise
From the opening, our exhibition space—designed around life-size prototypes—attracted many curious visitors and decision-makers. Visitors discovered:
- Our latest optimized Lithium-ion batteries for drones and distress beacons, offering unmatched energy density.
- Our intelligent management module (BMS) capable of extending cell life and ensuring maximum safety.
- Our customer expertise, thanks to Charles Guillou, head of aerospace, space, and military affairs.
- These demonstrations generated great enthusiasm and many technical questions. They also initiated fruitful exchanges with Williamson Electronique’s design offices.
Decisive Meetings for the Future
This first participation in the Paris Air Show resulted in a significant gain of new contacts with SMEs from the region and beyond, eager to integrate our energy storage solutions into their projects.
More than a dozen innovative SMEs have joined our address book.
Our batteries on display (photo opposite) generated genuine interest: many technical managers stopped by to discover the unique features of our exhibited modules.
These new exchanges pave the way for several feasibility studies and pilot projects that could start soon. These initial contacts confirm the growing interest in more reliable, lighter, and safer energy storage systems, ensuring ever more efficient aerial mobility and innovative space exploration.
Thanks
We would like to extend a big thank you to all our visitors, customers, and partners who came to exchange with our team. A special thanks to the Pays de la Loire Region for their support and trust, which made this first participation possible. Next challenges: turning these initial contacts into concrete collaborations, deepening our R&D work with them, and developing ever more efficient solutions to meet tomorrow’s environmental and technical challenges. See you soon for the next chapter of the Williamson Electronique adventure!
