Williamson Electronique Li-ion Charger

We present one of our achievements in this product category: a 750 W Li-ion battery charger with an input voltage of 100–240 VAC and an output of 20 VDC or 54.6 VDC.

User interface

Start the charger

  • “Charger”: the LED lights red for 0.5 s then turns green
  • “Charge status”: the LED lights orange for 2 s then changes to another color according to the charge level (precharge/charging/complete or failure)

Charging status by LED

  • Green flash (1 s): charging in progress
  • Fast green flash (0.2 s): pre-charging in progress
  • Solid green: charging complete
  • Orange: thermal fault or DC-side short circuit

Charger operational status by LED

  • Green LED on: incoming VAC OK / Charger OK
  • Red LED on: charging failure (voltage control)
